AI decisions rarely come down to technology alone. What should we build? What should we buy? Is this prototype actually worth taking to production? Where will quality, cost or complexity become a problem?

I’ve spent my career making those calls. At McKinsey Digital I built AI products for Fortune 500 companies. As a Fractional CTO I’ve helped startups and scale-ups ship products, build engineering teams, and connect technical decisions to business strategy.

While building my career in software engineering, I earned a Master’s in Computer Science, studied entrepreneurship at Solvay Business School, and trained in fine arts for five years. That mix taught me to look at technology from three angles: can we build it, should we build it, and will people actually want to use it?

Current engagement

Building an AI-assisted migration system for a client: a nine-stage agent pipeline converting a six-million-line legacy codebase, with 90% of the conversion automated.

Previously

Launched a B2B platform in three months with a three-person development team. Defined the stack and cloud infrastructure while mentoring the team hands-on.

Unblocked a scale-up by modernizing its stack and training 20+ developers. Delivered a new architecture and three applications in six months.

Built the web department from zero for a global smart-transportation company: hired and trained the team, designed the web architecture, and shipped its first application.
