My interest in AI started over 20 years ago. It was the subject of my Master’s thesis, long before it became mainstream.
At McKinsey Digital, I worked on large-scale, data-driven and AI-powered products for Fortune 500 companies, at a time when advanced analytics and machine learning were already shaping strategic decisions behind the scenes.
Later, as a Startup CTO, I built and scaled engineering teams from zero to high-growth scale-ups. I translated product vision into execution, structure, and delivery velocity.
When the LLM and Generative AI wave emerged, it reignited that interest with full force. I went deep to understand how AI redefines product strategy, engineering leverage, and competitive advantage.
I work with ambitious scale-ups that want AI to create measurable impact across product and engineering.
No hype.
No generic innovation decks.
Just focused, strategic execution.
The AI era compresses time. What used to take years now takes quarters.
AI increases the leverage of every team member.
The winners won’t be the ones simply using AI. They’ll be the ones redesigning how they build.
Human-led. AI-amplified.
If you’re figuring out what AI should mean for your product, your team, and your competitive edge, I can help.
